Bookiji Inc · AI Transition Lab

Applied R&D behind AI Transition work

Bookiji is the delivery evidence layer for Patrick Duchesneau’s AI Transition consulting — not a second consulting site. Consumer product names stay in the grid; the stories below translate them into capabilities a CIO or COO can evaluate.

Proof and lab — not a consulting homepage

Bookiji Inc remains the company portfolio hub. This lab translates studio products and platform practice into enterprise-relevant capabilities so consulting reviewers can inspect delivery evidence. It does not list named client case studies, does not treat consumer products as enterprise deployments, and does not replace Patrick’s AI Transition consulting path.

Consulting visitors should read capability first, product second. Status labels match the public catalog.

JobHuntrX

Structured workflow instead of a chat demo

Structured workflow automation, orchestration, and decision support

Beta
Business / technical problem
Career and recruiting work usually lives in inboxes, spreadsheets, and disconnected tools. Operators cannot see pipeline state, apply a consistent next action, or tell whether an AI suggestion changed an actual work item.
Approach
JobHuntrX is a career CRM: it ingests opportunities, keeps status visible, and supports matching and outreach as an orchestrated workflow. AI sits inside that loop rather than replacing the system of record with a one-off generated answer.
What this demonstrates
How an organization can use AI for decision support without giving up structured state, handoffs, or operator review. The pattern is ingest → decide → act → record.
Controls and measurement
Public Beta label on the company grid. JobHuntrX is the Help Center reference loop for ask → escalate → resolve → curated reinjection. Public claims stay behind verification and disclosure review. No named-client ROI or conversion metrics are published here.
Maturity — factual
JobHuntrX carries the public catalog label “Beta”. That label is studio-product maturity, not an enterprise-client production claim.

Kinetix

Measurement that closes a feedback loop

Measurement, feedback loops, and analytics

Beta
Business / technical problem
Performance programs often collect activity without turning it into a decision. When scoring is opaque, “AI coaching” is a narrative overlay on a tracker rather than a loop operators can inspect.
Approach
Kinetix treats run and form signals as inputs to interpretable scoring and coaching feedback across web and device surfaces. The product work is the measurement loop: capture, score, explain, adjust.
What this demonstrates
A CIO/COO-relevant analytics pattern: instrument a real process, produce a reviewable score, and feed it back into the next action instead of shipping a dashboard that nobody operates.
Controls and measurement
Public Beta label on the company grid. Scoring and coaching claims stay at product-demo evidence. No enterprise athlete-program outcomes, retention numbers, or third-party deployments are claimed.
Maturity — factual
Kinetix carries the public catalog label “Beta”. That label is studio-product maturity, not an enterprise-client production claim.

MyChessCoach

Deterministic evaluation with probabilistic AI

Deterministic engine plus probabilistic AI integration

Beta
Business / technical problem
Language models alone are a weak source of truth for high-stakes evaluation. Pure engine output is inspectable but hard for people to act on. Mixing the two without a boundary produces answers nobody can audit.
Approach
MyChessCoach combines engine review (deterministic evaluation) with AI-guided coaching (probabilistic explanation and training guidance). Reviewers can inspect engine output independently of the model narrative.
What this demonstrates
A reusable integration pattern: keep a deterministic system of record, then use generative AI for explanation and workflow — not as an unverifiable oracle.
Controls and measurement
Public Beta label; this product currently leads development focus. Engine review is the inspectable control. The public demo does not require a briefing call. Not production-live and not an enterprise chess-platform contract.
Maturity — factual
MyChessCoach carries the public catalog label “Beta”. That label is studio-product maturity, not an enterprise-client production claim.

Bookiji platform operating model

Governance for agent-assisted change

Governance, lifecycle controls, production gates, and observability

Operating practice
Business / technical problem
Agent-assisted delivery without gates produces unreviewable change, secret sprawl, and “shipped” claims that outrun evidence. Speed without lifecycle control is an operational risk, not a capability.
Approach
Bookiji Inc runs a numbered platform operating model on its own products: schema isolation with a fail-closed migration apply gate, operator master-access distinct from member login, health and error capture, issue-to-release traceability, and public maturity labels that are allowed to say Beta, Internal, or Preview.
What this demonstrates
How an organization can let agents accelerate implementation while people keep authorization, release, and public-claim control. The evidence is Bookiji’s own delivery system — not a sold control-plane product.
Controls and measurement
Documented on the public Engineering page as verified practice, implemented control, or in progress. Uptime probe at /api/health. Production schema apply stays human-confirmed. Direct CI/CD is the release path; GitHub Actions is not release authority.
Maturity — factual
This is Bookiji Inc’s own operating model, used on Bookiji products. It is not a third-party enterprise platform deployment and is not labeled production-live as a customer product.

MyAssist

Connector-aware information workflow — limited claim

Information, connectors, and workflow — only where current evidence supports the claim

Internal
Business / technical problem
Operators lose signal when email, calendar, and task tools drift from source systems. Mirror-everything assistants create a second, stale copy of work instead of a controlled window onto the systems of record.
Approach
MyAssist is an internal assistant surface for consultants, operators, and solo professionals handling email, calendar, and everyday organization. The honest claim is connector-oriented workflow under an Internal label — not a launched enterprise mailbox product.
What this demonstrates
An information/connector pattern: reason across tools without implying that Bookiji operates customer production mail systems or has published connector SLAs for third parties.
Controls and measurement
Public Internal label on the company grid. No customer outcomes, mailbox counts, or production-deployment claims. Evidence stops at the current internal assistant surface.
Maturity — factual
MyAssist carries the public catalog label “Internal”. That label is studio-product maturity, not an enterprise-client production claim.

Consulting path

Independent AI Transition consulting lives on Patrick’s personal site at the canonical consulting path. This company hub stays the proof and lab layer: inspect the stories here, then follow consulting or contact if the work is advisory rather than a Bookiji product evaluation. Recruiter briefing is a separate hiring funnel.

Hiring only: Recruiter briefinga separate hiring funnel, not consulting.

Full product grid — secondary

The eight-card portfolio remains intact for product reviewers. Consulting visitors should treat it as the catalog behind the proof stories, not as a list of enterprise client deployments.

Seven siblings · one future

Eight cards, different maturity stages

One portfolio hub on www — not a product itself. The grid shows seven sibling apps with explicit market relevance (chess, career AI, performance, service-provider booking, assistant, nutrition, and compliance) plus CashCity as a future lane. MyChessCoach, JobHuntrX, and Kinetix are in beta; Foodaloo remains preview.
